These are the waters in the vicinity of Mageshima Island. Gill net fishing for shrimp has been conducted on the coast in the vicinity of Mageshima Island, and the resulting offal is known to contain highly diverse species of shellfish including orange spider conch, Scorpion conch, Conus bullatus, and others (Maki et al., 2010).
