Public Comments are Invited Regarding the "Proposal of Registration Withholding Standards of Agricultural Chemicals concerning Water Pollution"

The Ministry of the Environment invites public comments regarding its "Proposal of Registration Withholding Standards of Agricultural Chemicals concerning Water Pollution ". Comments will be accepted from January 15, 2009 to February 13, 2009.
The proposal establishes the registration withholding standards on water pollution for three agricultural chemicals (1-naphthaleneacetic acid sodium salt, chlorantraniliprole, flupoxam).
These standards are established under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law.
All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese. Comments must also be submitted in Japanese.
