Cabinet Ordinances for the Law for Ensuring the Safety of Pet Food
The Cabinet Ordinances for the Law for Ensuring the Safety of Pet Food is expected to be adopted by the cabinet on November 28th, 2008. The ordinances are to identify dogs and cats as "pets" as described by the law, and to exempt pet foods for export from the standards and specifications of the law. The date of enforcement of the act would be June 1, 2009.
