Public Comments Invited regarding the Draft Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL) Review Committee Report

The implementation status of the CSCL and recent international and domestic trends in the management of chemicals have been reviewed by the Joint Committee for the Review of the CSCL (including the Central Environment Council). On October 23, 2008, the Committee compiled the Draft Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL) Review Committee Report. The MOE invites broad-based public commentary regarding this report. Comments will be accepted from October 31, 2008 to December 1, 2008.
All written procedures related to this invitation for public comment are to be conducted in Japanese, and comments should be submitted in Japanese.
