Ministerial Ordinance Partially Amending the Enforcement Regulation of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief (the part relating to the Ministry of Environment)
On October 9th, 2008, the Ministry of the Environment promulgated a ministerial ordinance partially amending the enforcement regulations of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief (the part relating to the Ministry of Environment).
This amendment determines the procedures necessary to receive application benefits. It will come into force on December 1st, 2008.
The Ministry of the Environment invited public comments broadly regarding this amendment from September 1st to September 30th, 2008.
