Notification of the Partial Amendment of Matters Provided by the Law Concerning the Protection of the Ozone Layer through the Control of Specified Substances and Other Measures, Article 3.1, Items 1 to 3
"Notification of the Partial Amendment of Matters Provided by the Law Concerning the Protection of the Ozone Layer through the Control of Specified Substances and Other Measures, Article 3.1, Items 1 to 3" has been just issued and implemented today.
This notification is in response to implementation of the Adjustment to the Montreal Protocol on the Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, which was adopted in the Meeting of the Parties in order to accelerate the control schedule of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).
