Selection of Experts,and Announcement of the Register of Names of the Experts under the Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms
The competent minister shall select Experts (persons with specialized knowledge and experience concerning adverse effect on biological diversity) and shall prepare and announce the register of names of the experts, under the Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms (Law No. 97 of 2003).
Ministry of the Environment (MOE) announced the revising the registered expert names to consult the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Minister of the Environment.
