Public comments invited regarding a Draft Standard for confirmation of manufacture or import of intermediate substances, etc. under Article 3 (1)(iv) of the "Chemical Substances Control Law".
The Ministry of the Environment invites public comments regarding a Draft Standard for confirmation of manufacture or import of intermediate substances, etc. under Article 3 (1)(iv) of the "Chemical Substances Control Law". Comments will be accepted from January 25 to February 23, 2008. Please note that all procedures related to this invitation for public comments will be conducted in Japanese, with all submissions to be sent in Japanese.
