Cabinet Decision on Amendments to the Cabinet Order for Implementation of the Law Concerning Protection of the Ozone Layer through Control of Specified Substances and Other Measures
"Amendments to the Cabinet Order for implementation of the Law concerning Protection of the Ozone Layer through the Control of Specified Substances and Other Measures" is to be decided upon by the cabinet on December 18. 2007, in order to extend the deadline of production of ozone depleting substances for laboratory and analytical use and take other necessary measures related to laboratory and analytical use, based on decisions by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
