Cabinet Decision on the Basic Policy for the Law concerning the Promotion of Contracts Considering Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions by the State and Other Entities.
"The Basic Policy on the Law concerning the Promotion of Contracts Considering Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions by the State and Other Entities (the Basic Policy on the Green Contract Law)" is to be decided upon by the cabinet on December 7, 2007.
The Ministry of the Environment has compiled results from public comments regarding the Draft Basic Policy on the Green Contract Law.
