Selection of Experts, and Announcement of the Register of Names of the Experts under the Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms
The competent minister shall select, register and announce the persons with specialized knowledge and expertise on adverse effects on biological diversity (hereinafter called "Experts"), under the Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms (Law No. 97 of 2003).
The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) announced that the register of experts who will be consulted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Minister of the Environment has been revised.
