Cabinet Decision on the Bill Partially Amending the Law for Promotion of Recycling and Related Activities for the Treatment of Cyclical Food Resources
The Bill Partially Amending the Law for Promotion of Recycling and Related Activities for the Treatment of Cyclical Food Resources (hereinafter referred to as "the Bill") will be approved by the Cabinet on March 2, 2007. The Bill is mainly intended to promote reduce and recycle of food wastes by food related businesses (especially food retailers and food services) by means of the following:
- strengthening guidance and supervision of food related businesses
- promoting closed-loop recycling of cyclical food resources
