Event Cancellation "CDP Water Security 2019 Japan Report Session and Water Project"

　Originally scheduled to run on March 9, 2020, "CDP Water Security 2019 Japan Report Session and Water Project" (Press released on February 17, 2020) has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak and prevent the spread of infection.
　We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

　Ministry of the Environment and CDP * 1 will co-host the "CDP Water Security 2019 Japan Report Session and Water Project" on March 9, 2020.

　In this briefing session, CDP will make a report of survey results on corporate response to water resources management. As an approach of Water Project * 2, we will give lectures on examples of initiatives for promoting the maintenance and recovery of healthy water cycle.

※1　International NGO working on environmental issues. Analyzes and evaluates on a common scale by sending environmental questionnaires to companies and collecting the results. Working on a sustainable economy through the disclosure of company responses.

※２　Established in August 2014 to promote efforts to maintain and restore healthy water cycle. Ministry of the Environment creates a place for cooperation and promotes independent, voluntary and active operation of companies.
