The 11th Meeting of the International Resource Panel was held from November 6-10

The 11th Meeting of the International Resource Panel took place from November 6th to the 10th at Shinagawa, Tokyo, co-hosted by the Ministry of the Environment (MOEJ), Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). In parallel with the meeting, the open seminar "Green Economy and Resource Efficiency - Scientific Knowledge of UNEP International Resource Panel and the latest trends of Resource Efficiency Policy -" and the special session "From Waste to Resources - Resource productivity in practice in Japan" were held, with the active participation of a wide-range of audience (around 150 people) from research institutes, industrial sectors, governmental organizations, and other stakeholders as well as overseas participants.
