Public Comments Invited Regarding the Review on the State of Implementation of the Invasive Alien Species Act

Five years have passed since enforcement of the Invasive Alien Species Act, and the Alien Species Subcommittee of the Wildlife Committee of the Central Environment Council has reviewed the execution status of the Invasive Alien Species Act and prepared a draft report.
The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) is inviting comments from the public regarding this draft report. Comments will be accepted from September 18, 2012 to October 18, 2012.
All procedures related to this invitation for public comments are conducted in Japanese. Comments need to be submitted in Japanese.
