The Cover Page Competition for Annual Report on the Environment, the Sound Material-Cycle Society and the Biodiversity 2012

The Government Environmental Whitepaper (Annual Report on the Environment, the Sound Material-Cycle Society and the Biodiversity) has been published every year with cabinet approval to give the current report on National Environmental Policies. We are pleased to announce that we will continue to organize a cover page competition this year as well. We hope that this event can be a part of your motivation to think about how we can protect our environment, how we can achieve creating the Sound Material-Cycle Society and how we can preserve our biodiversity. This year, we added "Illustrator section" instead of "Artist Section" from last year.
