10th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention
The 10th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention (COP10) will be held from 17 to 21 October 2011 in Cartagena, Colombia. The theme of COP10 is "Prevention, minimization and recovery of wastes." The parties will discuss work programme of the Open-ended Working Group and budget for 2011-2013, and issue on cooperation and coordination among the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm conventions.
