Publication of the Manual for Certification of Waste Thermal Recovery Facilities and Announcement of the Seminar on the Certification of Waste Thermal Recovery Facilities
The MOE published the Manual for Certification of Waste Thermal Recovery Facilities which explains the procedures that prefectures issue certificate on waste thermal recovery facilities according to the Waste Management and Cleaning Act amended in May 2010. MOE will hold the Seminars on the Certification of Waste Thermal Recovery Facilities in Tokyo and Osaka in March 2011.
