Information about the "Festival of Animal Companionship" for Be Kind to Animals Week
The Be Kind to Animals Week, from September 20 to 26, shall be established in order to enhance the interest and understanding of citizens in general concerning the welfare and proper care of animals. Embracing the spirit of Be Kind to Animals Week, the MOE will hold the "Festival of Animal Companionship".
