Public Comments invited regarding the Draft Report amending a part of the cabinet order for the implementation of the Law for the Conservation of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Draft) May 11, 2010
The MOE has been developing a draft report amending a part of the cabinet order for the implementation of the Law for the Conservation of Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora in order to ensure steady implementation of the result of CoP15 (The 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties) to CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) in March 2010 in which amendments were made to the Appendices to the Convention. The MOE is inviting broad-based public comments regarding this report. Comments will be accepted from May 11, 2010 to June 9, 2010.
