The Public Notices regarding the Amended Enforcement Regulation of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law etc., and the Results of the Public Comments Regarding the Draft of the Outline of the Public Notices March 29, 2010

The MOE invited and compiled public comments regarding the draft of the outline of the Public Notices for the Amended Enforcement Regulation of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law and for the Ministerial Ordinance on the Application Procedures of the Permission of the Licensed Business Operator of Contaminated Soil.
Public comments were received from February 19 to March 20, 2010 for the 1 notice and from February 12 to March 13, 2010 for the other 2 notices.
