Public Comments Invited regarding the Draft of the Outline of the Public Notice on the Ministerial Ordinance on the Application Procedures of the Permission of the Licensed Business Operator of Contaminated Soil
The MOE is inviting public comments regarding the draft of the outline of the measures to prevent polluted water from percolating into underground and the measurement method of hazardous air pollutants among the Public Notice based on the Ministerial Ordinance on the Application Procedures of the Permission of the Licensed Business Operator of Contaminated Soil.
Comments will be accepted from February 12 to March 13, 2010. All written procedures related to this invitation are to be conducted in Japanese, and comments must therefore be submitted in Japanese.
