Public Comments Invited Regarding the Designation of National Wildlife Protection Areas, etc., in FY 2009

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) has prepared a designation plan covering six National Wildlife Protection Areas, five special protection areas and one special restricted protection area. The MOE invites comments from the general public regarding these plans. Comments will be accepted from August 7, 2009 to September 6, 2009.

All procedures related to this invitation for public comments are to be conducted in Japanese, and comments must therefore be submitted in Japanese.

Access to the drafts:The drafts (in Japanese) can be viewed at the Ministry of the Environment and the regional environment offices. The drafts are also posted on the web page of the Ministry of the Environment (https://www.env.go.jp/).
