Public comments invited regarding the "Proposal for the Registration of Lake and Reservoir Water Concerning Effluent Standards on Nitrogen or Phosphorus Content"

The Ministry of the Environment invites opinions as the "Proposal for the Registration of Lake and Reservoir Water Concerning Effluent Standards on Nitrogen or Phosphorus Content" is scheduled to be revised to add target lakes and reservoirs for effluent regulation to the Water Pollution Control Law. Comments will be accepted from August 4th, 2009 to September 4th, 2009.
