The fifth meeting on the "Guidelines for Private Sector Engagement in Biodiversity issues" to be held

Based on the Third National Biodiversity Strategy of Japan as decided by the Cabinet, the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) has been working on the formulation of the "Guidelines for Private Sector Engagement in Biodiversity issues," which will act as guidance for voluntary conservation actions for biodiversity and its sustainable use by the private sector.
"The Fifth Meeting on the Guidelines for Private Sector Engagement in Biodiversity Issues" will be held on Friday, July 24th, in order to determine the contents, in accordance with the results of the public comments received from May, 13th through June, 12th.
Advanced application is required for participation in this meeting as an audience member.
