7 Drying facilities to evaporate trichloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene (hereafter referred to as "trichloroethylene, etc.") with an hourly draft fan capacity of at least 1,000 cubic meters. Limited to facilities designed to evaporate trichloroethylene, etc. used for solvent.

Existing facility: 500 mg/m3N
New facility: 300 mg/m3N
8 Facilities designed to mix trichloroethylene, etc. whose mixing tank capacity is at least 5 kiloliters (excluding sealed type) Limited to facilities which use trichloroethylene, etc. as solvent

Existing facility: 500 mg/m3N
New facility: 300 mg/m3N
9 Distillation facility for refining or recycling trichloroethylene, etc. (excluding sealed type) Only limited to facilities designed to refine trichloroethylene, etc. or recycle trichloroethylene, etc. used as a raw material

Existing facility: 300 mg/m3N
New facility: 150 mg/m3N
10 Cleaning facilities using trichloroethylene, etc. (excluding those listed in the next clause) with a surface area where trichloroethylene, etc. come in contact with the air of at least 3 square meters. Existing facility: 500 mg/m3N
New facility: 300 mg/m3N
11 Dry cleaners using tetrachloroethylene whose processing capacity per processing cycle is at least 30 kilograms. Excluding sealed type.
